Infusion Nurse (Per Diem)

Health Infusion Services is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role will provide infusion and injection services in our outpatient suite and, when applicable, support mobile concierge visits.

We are a growing outpatient infusion practice focused on delivering safe, professional, patient-centered care in a comfortable, high-end setting. We are looking for a nurse with strong IV skills, sound clinical judgment, and a polished, professional presence.

Position Overview
This is a per diem nursing opportunity for an RN who is comfortable working independently, maintaining high clinical standards, and providing exceptional patient care across a variety of infusion services.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions, hydration therapy, injections, and specialty therapies as ordered by a licensed provider
• Perform nursing assessments before, during, and after treatment
• Establish and maintain peripheral IV access safely and efficiently
• Monitor patients for infusion-related or adverse reactions and respond appropriately within scope
• Provide patient education regarding treatment expectations, side effects, and follow-up instructions
• Complete accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation
• Follow applicable clinical protocols, infection control standards, safety procedures, and HIPAA requirements
• Travel to mobile visits when scheduled and applicable

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills required
• Infusion, oncology, critical care, emergency room, medical-surgical, or home care experience preferred
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound nursing judgment
• Reliable transportation preferred for mobile visits

Compensation
$52 per hour

Schedule
Flexible per diem scheduling based on patient needs and business operations.
