Insurance Coverage
Health Infusion Services works with patients and referring providers to verify insurance benefits for provider-prescribed infusion therapy. Coverage is based on the patient’s individual plan, diagnosis, prescribed medication, and any applicable authorization or medical necessity requirements.
Our team helps review eligibility, obtain prior authorization when required, and explain expected coverage and out-of-pocket responsibility before treatment whenever possible.
