Patients Resource
Whether you’re visiting us for a prescribed medical infusion or a wellness IV or IM treatment, our team is here to guide you through each step. Below is what you can expect before, during, and after your visit.
Before Your Visit
- Bring a list of your current medications, supplements, and allergies.
- Hydrate well and eat a light meal or snack unless your provider gives different instructions.
- Wear comfortable clothing with sleeves that can be rolled up.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and paperwork.
For medical infusions, be sure to follow any specific instructions from your referring provider, such as lab work, imaging, or medication holds.
During Your Infusion or Treatment
- Check in and verify or complete your medical and consent forms.
- A clinician will review your history, take your vital signs, and answer any questions.
- Your IV or IM therapy will be administered by a licensed nurse or nurse practitioner in a comfortable, private or semi-private space.
- You may relax, read, use your phone or laptop, or simply rest while your treatment runs.
After Your Visit
- We may monitor your vital signs or observe you briefly after the infusion, depending on the type of therapy.
- You will receive clear instructions on what to expect, including common side effects and what is not typical.
- For medical infusions, we will communicate relevant information back to your referring provider.
- If you experience any unusual symptoms after leaving, you’ll be instructed on who to call and when to seek urgent or emergency care.
