Referral / Provider Outreach Coordinator

Health Infusion Services is seeking a professional, motivated, and relationship-driven Referral / Provider Outreach Coordinator to help expand awareness of our outpatient infusion services and strengthen referral relationships with local healthcare providers.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable representing a medical practice, building professional relationships, and educating provider offices about available infusion services, referral processes, and care coordination support.

Position Overview
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining provider relationships, supporting referral growth, and serving as a professional liaison between Health Infusion Services and physician offices, specialists, case managers, and other referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to physician offices, specialty practices, and community referral sources
• Build and maintain professional relationships with providers and office staff
• Educate referral sources on Health Infusion Services, available therapies, and referral workflows
• Deliver marketing materials, referral forms, and service information to provider offices
• Track outreach activity, referral trends, and follow-up opportunities
• Communicate professionally with internal staff regarding referral needs and provider feedback
• Help identify opportunities for new referral partnerships and service-line growth
• Represent Health Infusion Services in a polished and professional manner consistent with the brand
• Support community engagement and business development initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare outreach, physician relations, business development, medical sales, referral coordination, or provider-facing healthcare roles preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and polished presentation
• Comfortable traveling locally for office visits and outreach
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, referral workflows, or infusion services preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation
$28–$35 per hour
